You agree to pay the full amount of the booking price, as well as any additional fees that may be incurred.

Prices and Availability

The prices and availability of medical procedures, travel arrangements, and medical tourism packages on HealthStay.io are subject to change without notice. HealthStay.io does not guarantee that the prices or availability of any particular medical procedure, travel arrangement, or medical tourism package will be the same when you book it.

Payments

HealthStay.io accepts payment by credit card only. You will be responsible for any charges incurred by your credit card issuer, such as foreign transaction fees.

Cancelation & Refunds

• In addition to the medical, airline or hotel charges, HealthStay.io FZC LLC will have a service fee on cancellation/refund of documents.
• There will be NO-REFUND if the document is NON-REFUNDABLE, as per the airline, hotel, or medical provider.
• Some charges/fares are NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-CHANGEABLE in case of NO-SHOW.
• Please read carefully the Fare Rules before booking your flights or booking a hotel room.
• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
• Processing time for refunds may vary from different medical providers, different airlines, and different hotels.
• Refund amount will be credited only to the account of the Credit Card holder who has paid for the medical procedure, flight ticket or other travel related services such as hotel.
• HealthStay.io FZC LLC reserves the right to cancel any bookings done by the fraudulent usage of credit cards

Changes to Your Booking

You may request to change your booking, but HealthStay.io is not obligated to accommodate your request. If HealthStay.io agrees to change your booking, you may be subject to a change fee.

Liability

HealthStay.io is not liable for any damages or losses that you may incur as a result of using the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages or losses caused by:

• Errors or omissions in the information on the platform;
• The cancellation or delay of a medical procedure, travel arrangement, or medical tourism package;
• The negligence or misconduct of a medical provider, travel agency, or other third-party service provider;
• Any other event that is beyond the reasonable control of HealthStay.io.

Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates for any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms of service.

Entire Agreement

These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and HealthStay.io and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

• You must be cleared by a doctor to undergo the medical procedure you are booking.
• You must follow all of the instructions given to you by your doctor and the medical provider.
• HealthStay.io is not responsible for any complications or side effects that may arise from the medical procedure.

Additional Terms and Conditions for Travel Arrangements:

In addition to the general terms and conditions set forth above, the following additional terms and conditions apply to travel arrangements booked through HealthStay.io:

• You must provide HealthStay.io with complete and accurate information about your travel plans.
• You must have a valid passport and visa for the countries you will be visiting.
• You must purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected expenses that may arise during your trip
